⅓ cup olive oil

¼ cup ketchup

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon dried cilantro

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions

Combine olive oil, ketchup, balsamic vinegar, garlic, cilantro, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Add shrimp and coat well. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
