Easy and delicious cheesecake. Looks fancy when served drizzled with caramel sauce and yields a lot of servings. Sometimes I double the crust recipe to make a thicker crust.Ingredients | Caramel Sauce Bread Pudding Recipe With Sauce2 cups graham cracker crumbs⅓ cup margarine, melted¼ cup white sugar3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened¾ cup white sugar3 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla extract½ cup mashed banana1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk1 (14 ounce) package individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped1 banana, slicedDirectionsPreheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted margarine.
