I decided to try to make this after i had a portabella muffuletta at sandwhich in chapel hill.

Great for Halloween or whenever, this peanut butter sandwich with a twist is fun and delicious. Sliced green olives look like eyeballs and taste like mmmmm...

Ingredients | Portabella Sandwich Firebirds

2 tablespoons peanut butter

2 slices bread

8 green olives, sliced

Directions

Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread; top with green olives. Place second piece of bread atop the filling to make a sandwich.

I prefer Oat Nut(R) bread and Skippy(R) All Natural peanut butter.
