I made up this beef stew recipe, and I think it turned out really well, so I'm sharing it with you.Ingredients | Beef Chuck Tender Steak Recipes Instant Pot1 tablespoon olive oil, or to taste1 large onion, coarsely chopped1 large clove garlic, crushed1 ½ pounds cubed beef stew meat½ cup bourbon2 medium (2-1/4" to 3" dia, raw)s potatoes, chopped1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained1 (14 ounce) can whole-kernel corn1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, sliced2 carrot, (7-1/2")s carrots, chopped2 teaspoons salt2 teaspoons chili powder1 ¼ teaspoons ground black pepper1 teaspoon ground cumin½ teaspoon ground cinnamonDirectionsTurn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and select Saute function. Add oil, onion, and garlic; cook and stir until starting to soften, 3 to 5 minutes. Add beef; cook and stir until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Pour in bourbon and scrape up any browned bits off the bottom of the pot.Cancel Saute function. Add potatoes, black beans, corn, mushrooms, and carrots to the pot. Sprinkle salt, chili powder, pepper, cumin, and cinnamon over the beef and vegetables. Stir. Close and lock the lid. Select Stew function; set timer for 45 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.Release pressure using the natural-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, 15 to 20 minutes.
