This was a real quickie favorite.Ingredients | 20 Lb 20 Pound Catfish5 slices bacon1 ½ cups chopped onion1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes with liquid1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce3 cups diced potatoes2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce6 dashes hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®), or to tastesalt and pepper to taste2 pounds catfish, cut into bite-sized piecesDirectionsPlace the bacon in a Dutch oven or a large pot with a lid; cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes.
